Apartment Reception
The apartment reception is located in the lobby on the ground floor facing Nguyen Van Chiem Street. Our front office staff are all fluent in English and provide a courteous and helpful high level of customer service to assist residents and visitors at any time of the day.
Housekeeping service
We supply housekeeping services including laundry and dry cleaning on a daily basis (except Sundays and Public Holidays). We also arrange periodic cleaning of fabric upholstery, furniture polishing, carpet shampooing or decoration touching up.
Maintenance
Our highly skilled engineering team is on stand-by 24 hours a day to attend to any technical issues and conduct any maintenance that may be required.
Parking
Car and motorbike parking is accommodated in the Basement of the building.
Fitness and Health Centre
The Diamond Club is located on the 14th floor. The gym is equipped with professional fitness equipment and a qualified trainer is on standby to assist users. Facilities include a steam room plus a comfortable relaxation room with TV. Complimentary Membership is included as part of the Tenant’s package.
Swimming Pool
A beautiful swimming pool is located on the 14th floor offering spectacular views of the city. A pool attendant is on duty from 6am to 10pm daily and swimming lessons are available for apartment tenants and their families free of charge on request.

Tenants can utilize direct lines or make telephone calls or send facsimiles via our operator.
Internet
Free Wifi internet service is provided to each apartment.
Satellite Television
A wide range of international news, sports, movies, general interest and children’s programmes are available on apartment televisions.
Newspaper Service
Several foreign and local publications in English, Japanese and Korean are available in the Apartment lobby.
School Bus
We offer a complimentary school bus service to international schools which departs from the Diamond Plaza Apartment Lobby at designated times.
Childrens Room
A childrens play room equipped with a selection of toys for resident’s children to enjoy is located at the entrance of the 14th floor terrace.
Barbeque Area
Apartment tenants may use the outdoor barbeque area situated on the 14th floor terrace. It features a brick made barbeque, dining area with tables and chairs together with attractive landscaping and spectacular views of the city. This outdoor terrace has a great ambiance and provides an ideal venue for family events and birthday parties etc.
Additional Benefits
We provide our apartment tenants with additional benefits such as free laundry/dry cleaning allowance which are subject to change from time to time. These include a Diamond Platinum Card which entitles tenants to discounts ranging from 3 – 10% from selected shops in the Diamond Department Store as well as discounts and benefits from partners of Diamond Plaza.
